Inauguration of the Academic Year 2020/2021
The university ceremony to inaugurate the academic year 2020/2021 will take place on October 2, 2020 at 11am.
The event will take place in the Adam Mickiewicz auditorium at 1 Wieniawskiego St., but due to pandemic restrictions only university authorities, invited guests and award recipients will be present in person. All other members of our community are invited to join the live on-line stream that will be available at: http://www.ump.edu.pl/aktualnosci/transmisja-inauguracji-roku-akademickiego-2020-2021.
The program for the ceremony includes a speech by Rector Andrzej Tykarski, immatriculation of new students, presentation of awards and degrees, as well as an inaugural lecture by prof. Iwona Mozer-Lisewska. The event will be conducted in Polish with the exception of the part of immatriculation of international first-year students.
